Duplo DCR-ST Cross Stacker

Suitable for higher volume stacking jobs, the Duplo DCR-ST Cross Stacker can cross or straight stack up to 7.87″. It connects between the collator and bookletmaker. When the stacker is not being used, a bypass bridge redirects the paper to the bookletmaker for bookletmaking without having to remove any devices.

Duplo ASM-600 Spine Master

Eliminate the bulk of traditional, saddle stitched booklets with the Duplo ASM-600 Spine Master. Add value to a variety of offset and digitally printed booklets by creating more appealing, professional-looking booklets that are much flatter and easier to pack. Give booklets a simulated perfect bound appearance at a fraction of the cost of perfect binding. Stitching ensures that pages will not fall out. Printing on the spine of the booklet is possible and booklets can be opened flat without damaging the spine.

With a maximum processing speed of up to 1,400 booklets per hour in a single pass, the ASM-600 can be connected to Duplo’s DBM-600/T Bookletmaker and Trimmer or used as a standalone machine. Equipped with an integrated stacker, booklets are neatly stacked and can be easily accessed and removed.

Duplo DKT-200 2-Knife Trimmer

Available for Duplo collating and sheet feeding systems connected with the DBM-600 Bookletmaker or iSaddle System, the Duplo DKT-200 2-Knife Trimmer adds three-side trimming capabilities, enabling operators to cut the head and foot of booklets for a full-bleed finish. With a compact footprint of 36″ x 32″, the DKT-200 offers a simple straight paper path that is gentle on easily-scratched, digitally-printed materials. The unit can process up to 4,500 books per hour and up to 9,000 books per hour when processing 2-up applications using the optional gutter cutter. Full-bleed jobs can now be transferred directly from the press to the bookletmaker or saddle stitcher without the need to trim the sheets on a guillotine before or after.
