Field Service Technician

Graphic Associate is currently seeking an individual to join our growing Field Service team. We are an authorized dealer for Duplo, Morgana, Challenge, Cron and many other varieties of finishing products.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and fixes customer finishing equipment
• Assists with the set-up, delivery, installation, and removal of finishing equipment
• Assists with customer training on occasion if needed.
• Sets up new machines when needed.
• Maintains proper inventory of parts through accurate record-keeping.
• Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Clean driving record
• Basic electronic and computer knowledge
• Must be customer-oriented
