Duplo UP-240 Paper Bander
The Duplo UP-240 Paper Bander wraps a strip of craft paper or film around the bundle, providing you with the same security but at a lower cost than a box or bag. The UP-240 can be placed near your Duplo finishing machine for an efficient finishing and packaging operation. As soon as your pieces are finished and stacked, collect and place them directly on to the bander. The sensor will detect the bundle and automatically wrap a band around it. It’s packaging made easy!

Duplo RC-7 Round Corner Cutter
Cut round corners on covers, business cards, postcards and more with the RC-7 Round Corner Cutter. The RC-7 is a heavy-duty, electric corner rounding machine with the capability to handle up to a 2.75″ stack at a time. It features a detachable pressing bar, which helps secure documents for the rounding process and detaches for easy replacement of knives. Engineered for easy operation, the corner cutter can be operated by either a foot pedal or manual switch.
The Duplo RC-7 Round Corner Cutter rounds corners at a cycle speed of up to 46 cuts per minute and is perfect for any high production environment. The RC-7 is designed with a protective safety cover that will keep fingers out of harm’s way during operation.

Duplo UJ-600AS Air Jogger
The Duplo UJ-600AS Air Jogger is the perfect addition to any print shop. Jog uneven paper stacks with rapid speed and reduce static between the sheets before loading them into a post press device. Jogging helps align the edges of the sheets prior to finishing and prevent errors such as miss or double feeding.
The UJ-600AS is portable, compact in size, and can be placed near a digital press or finishing equipment. Load sheets up to 13” x 19” in size and select from one of the settings such as air only, jogger only, reset timer operation, and time interval difference which offers continuous jogging for a preset duration after the air has stopped. The device features a hands-free operation with an automatic start and stop function. The foot pedal can also be used to start and stop operation.
The UJ-600AS features a large air blower to efficiently reduce static along with adjustable air strength and volume. It’s a must-have for any digital printer!
