The Standard SD630 with 600dpi print resolution advances digital duplicating to a new level of excellence in print quality. Engineered to Print

The dual cylinder printing system utilizes a unique press cylinder to keep each sheet in contact with the image longer, resulting in consistently high quality images. The built-in paper gripper holds the stock through the entire printing process, which not only improves registration but also increases throughput capabilities.

Unique Features

· Built-in image rotation and automatic page sizing correctly place the image on whatever paper is in the feed tray, regardless of size or orientation.

· A built-in job separator that requires no consumable supplies by offsetting the top sheet of each set of prints from the stack.

· Built-in original storage function - allows storage of up to 8 originals for reprinting at a later time.

· Multi-copy function allows for printing 2-up, 4-up, 8-up or even 16-up.

· No-waste Quality Start Mode - fully inks up the drum without wasting masters or paper.

· Digitally controlled paper feed settings, done right from the operation panel, means no hidden levers for the operator to find.

· Digitally controlled vertical and lateral registration eliminates the need to reposition the paper stack to align with the image.

· Using the optional ADF automatically saves up to 50% when printing 8-1/2”x 11" sheets.

Print in Color

· Optional color drums allow printing in up to 17 standard colors (including Reflex Blue) or in any custom matched color.

· Add the optional SD622 two-color in one pass digital duplicator for the most precise and highest quality two-color (in one pass) printing.

Fast and Quiet

The SD630 delivers its first prints in less than 25 seconds, making it one of the fastest duplicators in its class. The dual cylinder system and efficient mechanical design reduce the noise level dramatically, even at 120 prints per minute.
