Cutting
The Diamond paper cutter uses a powerful hydraulic system to drive both the knife and the clamp. Hydraulics provide the needed power and make it possible for us to engineer a machine that creates less mechanical wear, is easy to service, is safer, and ensures less downtime.

Clamping
When the two hand push button cut controls are activated, the clamp comes down under full power, followed automatically by the knife. The clamping pressure is adjustable making it possible for you to tailor the clamping pressure to meet your job's requirements (for stocks ranging from carbon less to enamel) from approximately 400 to 1000 pounds of pressure.

L.E.D. Indicator
The precise backgage position indicator is accurate to .01" with the digital position readout continuously displayed on the operator panel.

Locking Manual Backgage
After manually setting the backgage to your required measurement for the cut, simply lock the backgage into place to ensure the accuracy of your stock cut.

Large Clamp Opening
The Diamond's large four inch clamp opening allows you to cut more stock, so you can get the job done sooner.

Foot Pedal Clamping
The clamp is activated by depressing the foot pedal and both left and right cut buttons. After your stock is clamped and before the knife can be activated, both push buttons must be redepressed. The clamp can be used to check your stock position before a cut is made.

Special Features
Two hand push button cut controls, are located on the front edge of the cutter table. In order to cut, both buttons must be depressed simultaneously before the knife will be activated. If either cut button is released, the knife will stop immediately and return to the up position.
