A new gum wash system which operates automatically for 5 minutes when the processor is put in the night mode (or if the processor is not in use for a long period of time). Rewash and gum system is a standard feature.
An automatic developer replenishment system which accurately calculates the plate surface area to replenish the developer into the tank.
This feature ensures consistent plate quality. The plate is completely submerged in the developer for a longer time.
The quickest system for removing and replacing the rollers, without the need of any tools, makes cleaning and maintenance of the rollers a very simple task.
The submersion bath type PS plate processor has two rotating brushes in the developer section. This makes the processor suitable for both negative and positive working.
